may be submerged SPAM.
I report an interesting post appeared on ICT Blog:
It seems there is no end to the war against spammers. One technique used successfully until recently was the extensive use of images in the mail unsolicited.
These images, once you open the message, informing the spammer that
the address where the letter was sent was a real address, and existing uses. The address of the victim was then automatically end up in the lists of addresses to spam good.
With the development of e-mail clients (both those residing on PCs and on-line) was introduced the "Image Off" (for example Thunderbird, Eudora, Yahoo and Gmail), solving a large part of the problem and ensuring a certain level of privacy and confidentiality, even if you accidentally opened a spam mail.
But it seems that not even this is enough. Spammers have found the catch.
strings using Unicode Characters spammers are able to circumvent the rules that are used by e-mail client to block the display of images. Around the obstacle, and the browser client are no longer protected, are the string of code, translate and transform education is needed to view the image. And spammers have won again (or in part). We only hope is a win Pyrrhic.
